Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Personal AI OS, a self-managed productivity assistant used by its operator, handles information accessed through Google Calendar.

Effective October 29, 2026

1. Information accessed

When the Google account owner authorizes access, the application may retrieve Google Calendar information needed for a requested workflow, including event titles, dates, times, descriptions, locations, attendees, availability, and related calendar identifiers.

2. Why information is used

Google Calendar information supports schedule questions, daily summaries, planning, and calendar management when explicitly requested by the account owner. It is not used to deliver advertisements, create advertising profiles, or sell personal information.

3. Processing and sharing

The application operates in a privately managed environment. To provide requested natural-language features, information relevant to a user request may be processed by AI service providers configured by the account owner. Google user data is not shared with unrelated advertisers or data brokers. The application operator does not use Google user data to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

4. Storage and retention

Google authorization credentials are stored in restricted application credential storage, separate from this public website. Calendar details may appear in private session history, task notes, or operational records generated for the account owner's workflows. The operator manages retention and can delete locally stored application data. The public pages do not publish account credentials, calendar details, or private tasks.

5. Security

Access to Google Calendar is granted through Google's OAuth authorization process. Private services are not accessible through this informational website. Technical safeguards are used to limit access to credentials and application records, although no security measure can guarantee absolute protection.

6. Revoking access and deletion

The account owner can revoke authorization at Google Account connections and can delete locally retained credentials and application records. Revoking access stops subsequent Google Calendar requests but does not by itself erase previously created local session history.

7. Updates and inquiries

This policy may be revised to reflect changes in the application's data handling. Questions may be directed to the developer contact listed on the application's Google OAuth consent screen.
